IRMCD Welcomes Commissioner Anna Kirkland

The Indian River Mosquito Control District would like to welcome our new Commissioner, Anna Kirkland to the organization. We look forward to working with Anna in efforts to better serve our community.

Anna is a third-generation Floridian and native Indian River County resident. Anna's professional background is in high-level administration for Presidents or CEOs in the legal, insurance and construction fields. She is currently involved in the following Indian River County Committees/Boards: Agriculture Advisory Committee, Economic Development Council, Environmental Control Hearing Board, and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic (CEDS) Committee, (TC Regional Planning Council). Anna is the President of the Indian River Cattlewomen and on the State Executive Board of Florida Cattlewomen.
