World Mosquito Day is August 20, 2022 and is dedicated to raising awareness in the importance of Mosquito Control.

Why is your local mosquito control important?

Mosquitoes are the deadliest animals in the world.  Some mosquitoes can be vectors of diseases and most are just a plain nuisance. Mosquito control is an asset as we provide services to our community in education, research, surveillance, control, and public health.  We at the Indian River Mosquito Control District are here to help and protect our citizens.
